Who can do it?
Anyone who is ready to experience a pivotal change! This is the program you do before P90X to prepare you for a healthy life!
What do I need to experience a pivotal change?
Commitment: You decide that you need a pivotal change in your life. That doesn’t just mean getting a six pack, but is all encompassing! What is your purpose? Find it and make the commitment to do whatever it takes to BE>DO>HAVE your purpose. When times get tough remember what motivated you to have a pivotal change and know that you are a ‘10’ or 100% committed to your purpose.
Time Investment: Total in classroom hours with trainer and physician 6hrs. Outside the classroom 1 hr a day for 30 days. Total time investment in your health for 4 weeks is 36 hours to experience a pivotal change!!!

What does the program consist of?
AWE…….somness!!!!!!
1. Awareness: Logging your energy is vital for success. It will be your responsibility to log your energy as you go through this life changing process. Charting your progress will also be a crucial step so that you can see where you are and where you want to be. Consider this part of KMA the road map. How are you going to get to where you need to go if you don’t know your current location and your future location? This will help with the goal setting or as I say outcome development!
2. Workout: The best AB KICKING Workout!! All movement is derived from the core. The core is the foundation for movement and most people don’t even know it.You will learn the focus point method as it is a pivotal changing technique that Jeannie has founded to change your mid-section and strengthen your foundation. The workout will also consist of circuit training that is made up of 3 exercises performed in a row, followed by a FOCUSED cardio spurt and a cardio challenge at the end. The KMA workout is so intense it will be performed only once a week. On the rest of the days it is recommended you expend energy twice a day with the material provided on MYHIPHOPFIT.com!
3. Education: Taught by your trainer and a board certified Physician who will instill the foundation for leading a healthy lifestyle every day and offer you wellness solutions to get you on the right track! Beware, once you are educated you will no longer have the “I didn’t know that” excuse.
4. Myhiphopfit.com. This website has all the educational resources for you to be able to workout at home, listen to lectures, read articles and get motivated every day!!
